JOB DESCRIPTION (describe and define job in terms of specific tasks, job-roles,
responsibilities, challenges etc.) 1. Working as the bridge of R&D and manufacturing from the test technical point of view. 2. Be responsible for optical transmission product test strategy definition in
manufacturing. 3. Developing and optimizing the test method and setting the test process. 4. Developing test benches, including test Jigs/test boards, program, test database, etc. 5. Implementing the test in the pilot production. 6. Technical supporting in mass production. 7. Be responsible for solving the quality issue and improving the test efficiency. 8. Compose and release test development related documents
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS3 (list the employee-characteristics needed to perform the job
successfully) 1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above. 2. Major in: Communication, Computer, or Electronics. 3. Working experience: More than 2 years working experience in Communication, Computer,
electronics field; Be familiar with hardware development and debug or software development,
have experience on circuit design, layout or test is preferred.-- Be familiar with
Communication or Electronics product test, have experience on test development. 4. Computer skill:-- Be familiar with programming language, such as Visual Basic, LABVIEW,
etc; -- Be familiar with database, such as SQL, access, etc.; Be familiar with OS and
network; Having the experience on COM/LPT port and instrument automatic control is
preferred. 5. Language ability: Good writing, reading & speaking skills in English 6. Other requirements: Test or design experience of optical transmission product is
preferred; Experience of using SDH analyzer, SMARTBITS, oscilloscope is preferred; Be
familiar with optical product, SDH/WDM theory and optical components is preferred. 7. Personality Requirement: Team work; Good Communication; Hard Work and accountability;
